Congrats again Mox!

Just so I'm clear on the rules this week, when you say 4 Bar Filter, do you mean a 4 Pole Filter, or a Filter applied over 4 bars of the beat?
Just to clarify,

apply a Filter over 4 Bars of the beat minimum is what I was trying to say.
This can be on the drums, bass, sample... all of the beat... how ever you feel like using it....
as a way to drop the beat, drum solo...
Hope this helps to clear up any confusion.

Appreciate the quick response, brother. Rules understood now. Looking forward to digging into the samples you chose for this week. :)

Yo, used two of the samples from this week. Took the bass from Memory Lane and pitched it to Cminor. Also used melodic elements from the same track and ran it through two different filters, pitched it down 4 or 5 semitones. And ran through filters again. Supplemented the modulation mayhem with a Rhodes and a little bit of guitar & drums of course.

Also used the "I get high" sample, and pitched that up 3 semitones to make it fit in key and chopped it up and ran through filters and an echo plugin.

Cheers for the dope samples

Peace
