Pretty much agree, beats weren't wierd enough...i'm guilty of not pushing myself enough in these things in the past or re interpretting the rules slightly...
I didn't get a chance to vote...also my beat wasn't included in the playlist for some reason?...i don't get alot of time to create music in my week so feeling kinda dissed by that...

Hey all, I looked at the times on my side and seeing both entries posted after 6AM PST which is the entry cut-off time from my understanding (RA Loops also had their entry marked as non-entry maybe due to this?) I am curious if the reason for confusion is the way the rules were written when it says 06:00 PST due date -- I actually noticed this the other day and forgot to mention to Joa, but for many Americans this could be odd as we don't often use the 24 hour time system - so I would suggest including the AM part in the future (6 AM PST).
That said - I think Meldz is from UK so that may not have been the issue.. I did try and look at Soundcloud's page itself and it shows the upload also happening nearly the same time as the post which I think would have been past the deadline. Historically we've asked late entries to include a 'Non-Entry' tag and then they are added to the playlist 'sometimes' but we may miss it
@MELDZ this definitely wasn't intentional if it was indeed posted on time and we wouldn't want you to feel dissed! If some of my attempt to explain what I think happened is inaccurate above, please shoot me and Joa a PM so we can look into this a bit more. Joa seemed to have noticed a bug with the 'new post' widget on the front page that I'm having trouble replicating, so I'm not sure if these are related too..
