Quick morning cook up.

Just some fine chops seasoned with a kick, snare and hi hat.
Flavoured up the low end with some EQ and a compressor
Simmered at 88BPM

Easing myself back into this ish, quick and simple flip, realised after its 81bpm so disqualify me if ya feeling strict. Props to Moxatron for encouraging me to get back on this...

Definitely made some faces flipping this, maybe sad break up ugly cry faces...

haha, nothing to do with feelings.. just the brief.. plz add non-entry to the title, yes..

i actually forgot about it myself.. 107 bpm.. usually find that harder than the hip-hop bpm .. but oh well..
 
I'll adjust the bpm to 85 and replace the file, sorry for being off brief on my return...tut tut...

Re upped my beat...volume problems...yeah trying to get the monthly rolling again man, Aside from bpm time is always an issue.
 
Alright. Apologies if it seems a little lazy/sloppy - this is my first go at making a track solely on the SP-404 MKII since it arrived a couple weeks ago so the mix, the track itself (variations, FX, etc) were touch and go. I've got a decent ways to go building up muscle memory and remember where the hell the options and my favorite FX are stashed and all that, but goddamn I really love this thing.

Bass (courtesy of Serum 2) and drum samples are the only outside pieces - anything else is our girl Billie (excellent sample choice!).


Track is 90BPM the whole way through. Enjoy, and be gentle! :lol:

 
yer, im back g
sample usage is p clear but i only used the strings from the beginning of the sample.
no other samples were used except vocal cuts. all instruments played by me
