thanks for posting this up Joa!!! my sleep schedule out here is wild. good but wild lol. im in bed by 4 or 6pm every day of the week. i wake up at 1am make coffee, and have to be at work by 4am. (helicopter mechanic) get off at 1245pm. and my days off are friday and saturday. today i slept in lol. just woke up. slept way in its 0458 currently. woke up at 0400. :|
