While working on them, I was wondering what size they’ll be when printed? Might tweak the MPC a bit once I know, as the text in the display might be a bit small. And can we do custom shapes or just squares and circles?

Love the details! I think the max I can print and get them to fit inside a standard letter sized envelope which I normally use would be 4x4 - I do have the ability to die-cut for custom shape support - but the same 4x4 inches limitation will apply anyway - Hope this helps
