@TWU: Well, well deserved win my bro. And thanks for doing a "real" sample challenge for once!!! With a crazy pack, everything you need is in here! In fact, the collective here could probably make themselves two beat tapes just out of the sounds in here. Appreciated, let's get some rappers in here! Hehe

@Balstyrico: did you check all your gain staging? Because I don't seem to have this problem.

@Balstyrico The sample quality IS horrible, (a frequency analyzer will show the lack of Lows and highs, plus everyone should hear the distortion etc) BUT, I guess the battles are always about making the best of the source material. I am not a fan of the MP3 quality standard, which wouldn't be a problem if they were at least good quality mp3s.(It is especially disappointing if a vinyl collector puts up mp3 quality samples)
If I don't like the quality, i just don't participate, I think we have all learned that the status quo of these battles wont change.
This week's samples are really dope, but it is a buzzkill if they sound like they do. So its a simple choice of just not participating, or try to make the best of it.

I am still always greatful for the variety of music, I often learn about new artists from these battles, and then I just try to buy the CD or vinyl version.

Also, I cant seem to use the Chura Liya Hai Tumne with Lyrics sample in Maschine, just says missing sample...
