Thank you for the comments and votes, here is a new honorable mentioned week.
I selected a not so big pack of dope ass samples include drums, percussion, fx and some jazzy/funky gems for sure.

So the first rule of this week: you can only add your basses/synths/vocal chops (acapella if it was written for this beat).

The second rule is of course maaaaan: NO QUANTIZATION.

Also, thanks for all the sick sounds, they were super fun to work with, and the samples were crazy. I don't know about you guys but it took me a minute to figure out what I was gonna chop up. Also I've never had this many vinyl cracks, bless!

YO What's good Peps?

Dope rules this week, and plenty of dope samples too use as well.

Cooked up a little something this afternoon.

Made some un quantised Jay Dilla like drums and played around with some chops and loops.

All sample work with added Filters, Eq's, some reverb and some delays and some Dilla like sirens for extra flavour.

Man I always though I had good time until I turned off quantization and tried to get things to groove. No quantization is tough. thanks for all those dope sounds too. I created a kit and will be using them a lot in the future.
