STBB #656

Hey folks, I don't really aim for it, but my last beats were all kinda around 120-140bpm and more modern type stuff. This one is no exception. Went mostly with the beautiful rhodes sample, and added two more for sprinkles. Some soothing synths in there too. And the usual stuff.

Wonderful track by Banizzz.
Thank you for letting my creativity flow again Homie.
Vocals and coproduction by your Flatulence Gymshoe :p
Image inspired by this sentence in the track:
"No Regrets, cut yourself some slack. Reminisce but never look back"
and hence this painting by Magritte
It's a heavilly affected photo of me with a hooded jacket on backwards.

enjoy.

Thanks for all the love and votes last week. It was an honor to provide the samples this week. I know it would be appropriate to flip my samples but we had a family emergency this week. I have had no time this week to flip. Happy flipping though. I'll be sure to find the time to listen.

Hey Peps what's up?

Some nice samples to work with this week...

I've been partaking in theses battles for quite some time (STBB118 was my first)
and I never really have an idea of how I'm going to use the samples, so I normally get :blunted:
and try and chop up some interesting parts, then add some drums and mess around with the chops.... anyhow. ;)

managed to mash up something tonight after dinner.
plenty of echo/delay on this one. :D

Good luck people.
