Hell yeah man!! I'm really looking forward to getting stuck into this one
The samples are awesome! There's so much to play with, I'm glad we have a month to work on something properly for this.
The only song by Stark Reality I've heard is 'Comrades'

Haha yeah that Stark Reality is full of jams, wish I could have included Comrades or Dreams, but they've been sampled quite a few times. Went with some of their more distorted ones, curious to see if anyone can do something with these. I'd recommend checking out the whole record, Now-Again did a really great repress (Grandfather Clock is a favorite of mine).
Didn't want to get stuck into just one sound, so got some distortion with the Stark Reality, some more traditional with Cal and Bobby, and even got some more 80s sounding stuff with one of the Roy Ayers (def not most popular Roy Ayers which is why I wanted to see if anything comes out of this lol)
Anyone needing inspiration, Madlib did a sweet group of minitracks flipping Billy Wooten which is how I found out about him

Hell yeah! I was saying this on SC, but this is what's so cool about this board and the battles we do - People have flipped that Sweet Tears OG track, but who is flipping some random live version from Youtube! You and Joa are a great combo, dope lyrics too there!! Very smooth stuff.
