I love the vibraphone, so this week's vote is especially hard since I'm digging the vibe on everyone's work here haha -- Hearing so many takes on the variety of styles across the samples, really happy with what you guys did

My picks:

3. B-Jam vs Enos: Very dope! Loving all the layer, it flows so well -- that 1:20 is awesome too

2. Doom Dap: The scratches are awesome, I feel like I don't hear turntablism often in the battles here so this was cool to hear! Managed to use one of the harder vibraphone samples imo too - and the cherry on top is some Lord Quas to wrap things up lol. Good stuff!

1. JoaGymshoe x Granny David: Excellent combo here guys!! - Granny made this beat sound so smooth, drums are really nice too. Joa your flow real good on this one, the kind of change in inflection here goes real well with that Roy Ayers!

An honorable mention is Psychedelic Schizophrenic, very close to my #3 pick. Super chill

1 Doom Dap This is very catchy! It really stood out each time I went through the playlist. Dope
2 B-JamVsEnos Loved the chops and clean-cut production. A nice melodic vibe with a head-nod swing
3 Psychedelic Schizo Great combination of dark with light. Twisted beauty

Nice to see what you all did with this wonderfull Samples.
One beat was really unexpected and is still my favorite It's 1) Doom Dap. I always love good melodies. And love classic Beats so it's 2) Psychadelic Schizophrenic. I always like when people working together... Sometimes i wish i had a band again... [sup]3)Joa and Granny[/sup]. I like this whispering kind of vocals on that banging beat.

could hear the longer time frame in many with what felt like added intricacies and attention to detail

I just ended up having more half started concepts than a usual weekly battle, and still came down to examining the pile and determining which turd would best polish in a few hours until deadline. maybe things will be different next month...
