For real! Dude is a real deal soul singer. Always blew my mind that this song is kinda hard to find...my personal favorite from him. Really glad you dig it.

Congrats on the win Tone. I used the chops from the Debussy track as my main sample and added a snippet of the Lee Fields for the vocals and added some outside drums, a snippet from the 1981 movie "Clash Of The Titans" and an 808 for the bassline. All chopped, arranged and sequenced on my MPC 1000 (running JJOS2XL). I used track mutes to bounce the stems out using mixdown in song mode before I imported them into Reaper for a quick final mix and master.
