Like LL Cool J said "Don't Call It A Comeback" Some of the older heads will probably know me better as Psychedelic Schizophrenic back in the day, I've had a lot of personal issues going on which caused me to go MIA but I'm finally back feeling good with a new producer identity (So many people to reach out to in PMs that I just left hanging, I will get back to you all)
My entry for this week's STBB 848 (Still trying to knock the rust off and get my groove back) I used the ensemble kaboul track as my main sample and added a snippet of the silentjay for the vocals and added some outside drums and an 808 for the bassline. All chopped, arranged and sequenced on my MPC 1000 (running JJOS2XL). I used track mutes to bounce the stems out using mixdown in song mode before I imported them into Reaper for a quick final mix and master.

Did two flips, one is the "original" mix with some Schwarzenegger chops and then there is the DMX Version, whoch is kinda ridiculous, but fun!

When i saw the DANGER i had to go with BLAHZAY
...just jamming around a little so its not perfect as i would love to but fun was there... Since no rules i made it longer then usual and still i didnt fit it all in

i feel this deserves a bit of an explanation.. i offered to try and tune the singing vocal to the track which had a lotta different melodic elements..
not sure i totally succeeded in trying to line them up etc. .. gave the mix etc a whirl too..
