Yo big love to everyone who took time out to flip these samples in this heat - pressuming it's hot where you are too.. gonna try and listen to all entries and vote tonight/tomorrow. Am I allowed to vote even though I've not competed? My friends (Kirk, Elsa & Rob) were asking would they be permitted to vote even if they haven't taken part as well if they made an account ? PZ xx

Wow this is my first time voting and it's damn hard to choose 3. There's so many excellent entries and the variety is making my head spin. If I continued listening for a week I'd probably change my mind 10 times but anyway here goes....
Popek - Lovely full lofi sound to this one. Really feeling the vocal chops too.
Sil'Dante - My favourite bassline on any entry, really nice spacing too. Love the the cuts that come in and out, perfect placement
Billinski - Really feeling the vibe on this one, my favourite integration of samples aswell as the mix. Very impressive and cohesive switch ups all under 4 minutes too.
GoodWilL - Solid drum programming and made me want to blast out on a night drive
Dead - My favourite hats, nice layering and a real head nodder
SWGWM - Love the intro and the way it drops in, super smooth
Dr. Steve Rogne & Mr. MoZ@FûKà - Love the second half on this one especially, really cool chops

I've been voting almost every single week and I've never participated in a battle :lol:
If we see any sketchy voting occur we can call it out - but I've yet to see anything like that ever occur, at least since we've been on the new board.
Renzo should be able to vote imo anyway.

So if Renzo's friends haven't participated before or posted on the board, I think we could probably let it slide but they should come hang out on the board/post if they're interested in participating in the community. If people just show up and vote once or twice and don't return/participate, that's not really in the spirit of what we do imo. As long as nothing sketchy going on though, I think some things like that can slide lol.
