Went with the Akira soundtrack for the melodic samples. Tried to mangle them as much as possible.

I've always wanted to take a classic hip hop sample and flip it in a more modern way. (cool beat battle idea) I'm hearing this in modern day R&B. Dvsn used this sample in one of his songs. I took snips of his vocals to compliment my track and take it into a different direction.
